Join us for our Trunk or Treat! We are looking for Trunkers to set up for the kiddos in our community. 🎃👻

We will host Halloween for the kiddos of Avoyelles Parish this year. We will provide a safe and fun area to allow the kids to enjoy Halloween. Haunted House, Fun, Candy, and more. We can't wait to see all the costumes!

It's open enrollment for Medicare and we want you to know what you are signing up for. The Medicare "advantage" plan can delay the care you need. Often times local home health's, rehabs, etc. are not in network with the "advantage" plan you have and this causes a delay in your care. Know what you are signing up for. And if you are currently receiving services from a provider, call to verify before switching so you don't have to come off of services.
