😴Sleep plays a very important role in our mental health.💤
🌙It can help us think more clearly, make decisions, and even impact our behavior.
🌙 For an adult, our brains need at least 7 hours of sleep each day to reset and recharge. Teens need even more at 8-10 hours of sleep each night.
🌙 While we sleep, our brain is busy repairing damage to cells, and organizing and storing information and memories.
🌙 A well-rested brain helps us cope with the day-to-day stress of life.
