What a fun night out!! We made new friends, enjoyed some fun mocktails and other goodies & got to hang out with the coolest people. Thankful for nights like these in our beautiful small town ❤️

Ya'll... sometimes after seeing patients I'm just so happy I have to share. This woman (who gave permission to mention her) came to see me several months ago. Former providers had always told her everything was "normal" but she was absolutely miserable. Fatigue, body pains, swollen all the time... she just felt completely defeated.

Today, she reports: 20lb weight loss > improvement in joint pains > improvement in fatigue > improvement in mood > quit drinking and SMOKING > even less fatigue and joint pains > starting to exercise > finally feeling good for the first time in YEARS! And her labs were remarkable! I am so flipping happy for her I could shout it from the rooftops (I kind of am).

Stepping outside of what insurance demands and actually listening to my patients and developing a plan that works from them is so rewarding not just for the patients, clearly. 🖤

Idk about you, but these hot summer days got me & my kiddos thinking about ICE CREAM!

But… typical ice cream is heavy in calories and sugar, as well as dairy that can sometimes be hard to digest.

However, just because you’re trying to live healthier doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy it a little! This is homemade “ice cream” made with my Ninja Creami- ingredients include one vanilla protein shake, a tablespoon of sugar free pudding powder, and a handful of the smushy raspberries that almost went bad in the fridge. Everyone in the family loved it AND the macros break down to 350 calories and 40g of protein in the WHOLE CONTAINER which fed my whole family.

Living healthy doesn’t have to mean depriving yourself… just make healthier choices!
