At Fisher-Gentry Eye Care, our doctors and staff work hard every day to offer customized eye care for both you and your family. Whether you are in need of an eye examination, ocular health assessment, new eyewear, contact lenses or just have a few vision-related questions for us to answer, we are here for you. We will be glad to answer any questions you might have before, during or after your exam. At Fisher-Gentry Eye Care we understand the importance of a GREAT pair of glasses.Our optical shop carries a wide variety of shapes and styles including designer frames as well as frames for the budget minded. Designer sunglasses are also available and any frame can be ordered with tinted lenses.Let our experienced staff help you choose the right frame and the best lenses for your specific needs. We are happy to make complimentary adjustments and minor repairs. No appointment is necessary. We provide the following services:

Celebrating 12 Years of Healthy Vision! 🎉

What an incredible journey it's been! Last month marks our 12th anniversary since we first opened our doors, and we couldn't be more grateful for the milestones we've shared with our amazing community.

From humble beginnings to over 22,000 patient accounts later, this wouldn't have been possible without our incredible team and, of course, all of you — our wonderful patients!

Thursday to Friday (July 3rd - July 4th): Our office will be closed so our team can celebrate with their families.

Welcoming Our New Doctor!

We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our team, Dr. Luma Mallah!

Dr. Luma Mallah is an optometrist from Chicago, born and raised. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Chicago College of Optometry after completing her undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at Northeastern Illinois University.

In her free time, Dr. Mallah enjoys drawing, photography, and giving back to the community through volunteering and service.

With all the exciting changes, the Sanders family has made the decision to move back to Kansas City. Dr. Claire will be joining the Kansas City VA Medical Center part-time, where she’ll continue her meaningful work with the veterans.
