Do you know CPR? Have you taken a CPR class? Did you know that your CPR Training needs to be refreshed/decertified every 2 years?

The recent cardiac arrest suffered by Buffalo Bills Free Safety Damar Hamlin should serve as a reminder of the importance of knowing how to perform CPR. Hamlin was fortunate to have trained medical staff with life saving equipment a short distance away from him on the field. Their immediate response saved his life.

Most of us faced with a emergency situation like this involving a loved one would turn us into their first responder. Knowing how to begin the CPR process before professional medics arrive could be the difference between a life and death scenario.

Dye Creek Safety Training encourages everyone to take a CPR course. Even if you have taken a class, understand this is a perishable skill and you may need a refresher course.
