Pilates is for all bodies. We start with gentle mobility to wake up the joints, then build real-life strength—because core strength isn’t about six-pack abs, it’s about balance, joint health, and confidence in daily movement.
Think: climbing stairs with ease (maybe even hands-free), standing up from a chair more smoothly, and feeling more able to catch yourself before a fall.
