Can you see yourself on your mat—breathing, moving, and feeling a little more supported?

What would improved posture feel like right now… a bit taller, lighter, steadier?

Pilates is for all bodies. We start with gentle mobility to wake up the joints, then build real-life strength—because core strength isn’t about six-pack abs, it’s about balance, joint health, and confidence in daily movement.

Think: climbing stairs with ease (maybe even hands-free), standing up from a chair more smoothly, and feeling more able to catch yourself before a fall.

Happy New Year!!

I spent December like a lot of you probably did: entertaining, cooking, snacking on things that aren’t usually part of my plan. My body let me know. It said, Hey, it’s getting dark in here. I need you.

So I’m resetting. And as a coach, I know it takes more than a week or even a month to breakthrough and build new habits that actually stick.

Starting Monday, I’m doing a 3-month Breakthrough the Burnout reset—three peptides (Fit, Lean, and Restored), three habit changes, over three months. It’s the most sustainable way to make lasting change.

The real work is still showing up: moving consistently, eating well, staying hydrated.

If the holidays left you feeling off, you’re not alone. Keep doing what you’ve been doing. Challenge yourself when it feels right. Focus on nutrition and hydration.
