Today we had the privilege of supporting the Crestwood Red Devils!

We welcomed the Middle School track team to our clinic for a preseason session focused on helping athletes stay healthy and perform their best this season!

During the clinic, athletes learned about the importance of proper warm-ups, strengthening exercises, stretching, hydration, nutrition, and running form to help reduce injuries and build a strong foundation for a successful season on the track!

The session was led by Dr. Caitlin Goggin, PT, DPT and Dr. Sammy Salatino, PT, DPT, with help from student physical therapist Julia Henderson from Cleveland State University. The athletes did an awesome job participating, asking questions, and putting the drills into action!

We love being able to support our local student-athletes and help them stay healthy, strong, and ready to compete. Best of luck to the Red Devils this season — we’ll be cheering you on! 👹🏃🏻🏃🏻‍♀️

We’ve heard the rumors for years about sightings along the Headwaters Trail but today we finally caught the big guy in action!
First he stopped inside to get a workout in on the elliptical (cardio is important for everyone… even Bigfoot 🏃‍♂️). Then he decided to relax outside on the bench and wave to a few trail-goers passing by.
Maybe all those miles wandering the woods caught up with him and he needed a little physical therapy tune-up!
If you’re out on the Headwaters Trail, keep your eyes open… you never know who might be stopping by Advanced Rehabilitation & Health Specialists next. 👀
