No shortcuts. No ego. Just breath, grit, and discipline.

Yoga is not a handstand. It’s not the perfect pigeon or a deeper backbend.

Yoga is presence. A returning. A remembering.

It’s the quiet whisper that invites you to come back to your breath when the world pulls you into noise. It’s the space between the inhale and the exhale—the stillness you find when the doing fades and the being begins.

Yoga teaches us how to come home to ourselves.

On the mat, we practice holding discomfort without running. We practice opening what’s been closed, softening what’s been rigid, and listening to what we so often ignore.

It’s in the tremble of the legs in Warrior II, when we choose to stay.
It’s in the release of the jaw in Savasana, when we allow ourselves to let go.
It’s in the moments when we meet ourselves exactly as we are—without judgment, without needing to be fixed.

It’s in the breath that steadies your shaking.
The presence that holds your grief.
The pause that helps you respond instead of react.

This practice is ancient and sacred, not performative. And when we treat it like medicine rather than a workout, yoga begins to work on us.

It seeps into our conversations.
Our relationships.
Our inner world.

We begin to move with more awareness.
Speak with more care.
Live with more intention.

Because yoga isn’t something you do.
It’s something you become. And it’s always available for us all. 💙

This upcoming holiday 🇺🇸 weekend schedule is a bit limited and different - please confirm class times online as they may vary and please register in advance as some classes are maxing out. 💙
