We’re teaming up with High Grounds Coffee Roasters to host an afternoon of connection, featuring local vendors, a guided class, and a deeply restorative sound bath to close out the experience.
Come sip on your favorite coffee, shop small businesses, move your body with intention, and melt into rest as the sound bath helps you reset and unwind.
