Under the expert guidance of GM Michael McFarland our Saturday class explored
and worked on Kata movement, Palis Palis, Sinawali with stick and empty hands, locks with baiting, throws, and transitions, all while flowing. Could life be any better!

Thank you, everyone, for an amazing day of training. It was an honor to host the Senkotiros seminar with Senior Grandmaster Max M. Pallen and Grandmaster East Coast Michael McFarland . It was truly special to see our community come together, from old friends to new students.

Your commitment is humbling. Thank you to everyone who made the journey, near or far, to dedicate your Sunday to training and growth. Your effort and spirit were on full display, and it was a privilege to train alongside each and every one of you.
