We had a few employees in the spotlight earlier this week at the OPRA Awards! ✨

Job Coach Penny Thomas was honored as Job Coach of the Year! Penny was recognized for her ongoing dedication and the excellence she demonstrates every day. Based in our growing Columbus office, Penny provides outstanding job coaching and employment services, connecting meaningfully with the individuals we serve while communicating openly with families, employers, and funding partners. We’re so proud of Penny and grateful for the lasting impact she makes on students, families, and her coworkers. 💙

ADS Director Maggie Wooten also celebrated a major milestone graduating from her year-long Leadership Training program!
