🍎 Miss Tammy Mills from MES relaxed after making all A’s/B’s and told me “ My next goal is All A’s “ and I know she’ll soar!

🍎 Miss Brynley Sepulvado from ZES finished up strong with A/B honor roll and you can catch her on the mound tonight at Negreet Dixie Youth field at 6:00 if you have a little hankering from some softball!

So proud of you girls and your dedication in the classroom! Might I add how polite and well spoken each of these girls were this week! It was my honor to help you relax after all your hard work! 🧖🏼‍♀️✨

📣 Near-infrared (NIR) 📣

Causes more efficient ATP production, which facilitates cellular processes essential for healing and promoting positive health. This will ultimately help to create neuroplasticity and change brain function!

Terminology to know:

Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is a molecule that provides energy for many cellular activities and processes. It’s known as the “energy currency” of the cell. ATP provides energy for cellular processes, which are activities that occur within cells to maintain life and support overall health. One such cellular process is cellular repair - the process by which cells divide, replicate, and repair themselves - which supports tissue health and recovery. Another example of a cellular process is the transmission of electrical and chemical signals within and between cells, which is crucial for brain function, mental/cognitive activities, emotional regulation, and even muscle contractions.

Dopamine is a hormone and a type of neurotransmitter, or chemical messenger, made in your brain. Your nervous system uses it to send messages between nerve cells. To naturally boost dopamine, engage in activities like exercise, meditation, and prioritize sleep.

I’m not taking away from our hard working men in Sabine because we have some of the BEST, but trust me when I say I’ve done the research and..

Women 👏🏼 owned 👏🏼and 👏🏼 operated 👏🏼buisnesses 👏🏼are 👏🏼bringing 👏🏼our 👏🏼dollars 👏🏼back 👏🏼home 👏🏼 and👏🏼keeping 👏🏼them 👏🏼home!

We have Physical Therapy, We have flower shops, children’s boutiques, a pharmacy, women’s boutiques, tanning salons, hair salons, coffee shop, tea shops, a gym, massage therapy, med spa services, holistic salon services, a training center, restaurant, wedding planning, newly built clinic, photography, OUR JUDGE & CHIEF OF POLICE ARE FEMALE!

I’m Sabine Parish proud for many reasons, but being a G I R L mama in this town is so easy!

A few weeks ago Carleigh came up with a proposition that we negotiated on through a headspa session. Today she came in to cash in on her ✨ B Honor Roll ✨ and i’m so proud of her! So let me introduce you to what we came up with:

All children whom provide PROOF of the following:

🍎 All A’s

🍎 A-B Honor Roll

🍎 B Honor Roll

will be treated to a 30 minute Japanese Head Spa Session or a 30 minute massage FREE OF CHARGE!

All booking MUST be done through me upon availability AND have proof of accomplishment in hand to verify.

These kids may be our Mayor, Judge, Chief of Police, Lawyers, Nurses, Doctors or in Carleigh’s case a Marine Biologist or Actress (she’s still deciding) some day! ✨
