Our Story

Stacy Jago moved to Traverse City in 2009 from Los Angeles with the goal of owning her own fitness studio. It took 3 years to open her first studio in Glen Arbor and in 2018 she opened her second location in Traverse City. Her wife, Elizabeth Tondreau helps her run & teach at both locations. Stacy and Liz are Black Level TRX instructors (highest ranking in Northern Michigan). Both locations offer TRX classes, Circuit style classes and personal training. Glen Arbor offers yoga classes & massage therapy as well.
