🌿 You don’t have to choose which struggle “matters more.”
Many people face both mental health challenges and substance use concerns—and you’re not alone.

✨ Our Co-Occurring Support Group is a safe, judgment-free space where we talk openly about:
• Coping with anxiety, depression, or trauma while in recovery
• How substance use impacts mental health (and vice versa)
• Building healthy routines and support systems
• Finding hope, healing, and community

📅 Tuesdays/6:00pm
📍 East Whatcom County Resource Center
💬 Open to anyone navigating both mental health + recovery journeys.
