Lorraine brings over a decade of experience in providing compassionate, person-centered care. She is an expert at building trusting relationships and is deeply committed to helping others achieve their goals while maintaining their independence and dignity.

She loves diving into arts and crafts and exploring new creative outlets. You’ll often find her enjoying the great outdoors in her free time. She joins us with an enthusiastic attitude and a passion for growing alongside our community.

Angela joins us with an incredible wealth of experience in home economics, consumer advocacy, and community outreach education. A native Kansan and a proud K-State Wildcat, Angela has officially called Minnesota home for the last 20 years.
Fair warning: If you’re ever traveling with her, be prepared for some legendary car ride karaoke. 🎤

Angela has an extensive background in home economics, consumer advocacy, and community outreach group education. She is a native Kansan and K-State Wildcat that has called Minnesota home for 20 years. Angela is mom to two young adults and two senior pups. She has an effervescent personality and loves exploring new things. Angela enjoys cooking, crafting, sewing, arts, travel, movies, and especially 80s music. There’s nothing quite like watching our DreamLifers walk into a room with confidence, own their stories, and build those real-world skills that open doors. Our team is still buzzing from all the "aha!" moments and breakthroughs we witnessed!

A Night Under the Stars: DreamLife Takes Over DeLaSalle!

What a night! Last week, our DreamLifers headed to DeLaSalle High School for their annual Starry Night Prom, and "magical" doesn't even begin to cover it.

From the moment we arrived, the energy was electric. Our clients traded their everyday wear for sequins, suits, and smiles, ready to own the dance floor. The DeLaSalle community truly rolled out the red carpet, creating an inclusive, high-energy, and beautiful space for adults with disabilities to celebrate in style.

We had some dance floor divas. Whether it was the Cupid Shuffle or just some classic freestyle, the music didn't stop and neither did we! The community spirit was alive and going. Huge thanks to the students and staff at DeLaSalle for being such incredible hosts and making every single guest feel like the guest of honor.

At DreamLife Destiny, we believe in more than just providing support—we believe in providing experiences. Prom night is a rite of passage, and seeing our clients build confidence, make new friends, and let loose is exactly why we do what we do.

DreamLife Destiny recently convened for its bi-monthly video game club. Members enjoyed competing in a Mario Kart tournament paired with pizza.

Individuals seeking friendships and sharing similar interests in video games are invited to join. The club features various gaming platforms including Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox One, PS5, Oculus, N64, GameCube, and computer games, ensuring members stay current with new releases and can engage in friendly competition and socialization.

What an extraordinary occasion it was to celebrate a DreamLifer's 80th birthday this past week.

The community came together last week to mark this milestone with her family, who traveled from afar to join in the festivities.

The evening unfolded with heartfelt stories, infectious laughter, lively music, and joyful dancing, complemented by a grand BBQ feast and, of course, cake and ice cream.

It's moments like these that underscore the beauty of our community coming together to celebrate life's special occasions, embracing each other's company and forging deeper connections.

Andie isn't just about the theory, though—they are a fierce advocate focused on connecting people with the vital resources they need to thrive.

The DreamLife Destiny crew had an absolute blast at the Reptile Expo this weekend! There’s nothing quite like seeing our DreamLifers explore the topics that fascinate them!

Whether it was a tiny gecko or a majestic python, the connection between our team, our clients, and these incredible creatures made for an unforgettable day of connection and discovery. We learned from the best in the business about reptile care and conservation. All while sharing laughs and "scales" with fellow enthusiasts.

Raya has been supporting individuals with disabilities and the elderly for over six years. She is looking to expand her career in working with building community and broader support with individuals with disabilities with perhaps becoming a therapist someday. She enjoys getting out in nature for walks, arts and crafts, sightseeing, being with friends and family, and journaling. Raya has fantastic energy for a variety of things and you'll have a great deal of fun with her!
