🎃👻 What a spooktacular day at the Anoka Grande Day (Halloween) Parade! 👻🎃

Our DreamLifers and Staff had an absolute blast at the "Halloween Capital of the World's" legendary parade! We had a great vantage point to take in all the excitement.

Wrapped up in warm coats and blankets and sipping on hot beverages, we stayed cozy while watching a fantastic stream of people in all sorts of Halloween costumes, talented marching bands, brilliant colorful floats, and wonderfully decorated vehicles go by.

And oh, the treats! There was candy—lots of candy! 🍬 Plus, we enjoyed tasty treats from vendors, including egg rolls, mini donuts, waffles, and hot chocolate.

It was a perfect opportunity for DreamLifers to socialize with each other, their staff, and other parade attendees. Thank you Anoka!

What a day for learning and growth! 🎉

DreamLife Destiny at the MSSA Metro Region Fall Conference!

Our incredible DreamLife Destiny staff and amazing DreamLifers had an inspiring time today at the Minnesota Social Services Association (MSSA) Metro Region Fall Conference at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul!
MSSA is a fantastic organization supporting Health and Human Services Professionals, and our team soaked up all the knowledge! Staff attended informational sessions and listened to engaging speakers, all focused on enhancing their skills and professional growth in the social services field.

But the real stars of the day were our DreamLifers! They were on hand at our booth, sharing their powerful, firsthand experiences about navigating challenges while living with a disability and answering questions about the heart of DreamLife Destiny. Their honesty and insight were truly invaluable for attendees!
It was definitely a day to learn from experts, grow professionally, and connect with other passionate people in Health and Human Services. We are so proud of everyone who represented DreamLife Destiny!
