I was recently asked how I learned about or became connected with Bach Flower Essenceโ€™s. It was during an immersion journey to England through Augsburg University as I was studying for my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP). In our travels through Cornwall we stopped at a sacred well site (Chalice Well in Glastonbury) and had a class on Bach Flower Essences. I started using this vibrational healing modality after that experience. I still use them daily and the Rescue Remedy has helped me through some tough experiences!
