“We’ve seen how isolating the NICU can be,” said Angie, one of our social workers. “Sometimes what families need most is someone simply sitting beside them.” ❤️

Our social work team recently partnered with the Minnesota Neonatal Foundation to launch a support group for parents with babies in the NICU. It’s a safe space to talk, breathe, cry, laugh or just be with others who truly understand.

We’re grateful for our social workers who lead with such heart, and for former NICU families who return to offer support and hope to those currently walking this path.
