I have a wide range of experience from relaxation massage, deep tissue/trigger point work, injury recovery, working with professional athletes, and pre/postnatal massage. I like to ensure the each patient's wellness needs are met with a personal treatment plan. I also offer lifestyle and nutrition coaching to truly help the body inside and out.”
