Case Management Week begins Sunday! 🩺 This week, we honor the professionals who guide seniors and families through complex healthcare decisions, advocates, educators, and coordinators who make every care plan safe, effective, and truly personalized.

At Amada Senior Care MSP, we partner closely with hospital and clinic case managers to support safe transitions from hospital to home, reduce readmissions, and help seniors recover comfortably and maintain independence with non-medical in-home support.

Swing by any station, grab a FREE pumpkin (while supplies last), and take a behind-the-scenes tour of the firehouse with your kids.
One pumpkin per child, so come early!
