✨ New Time, Same Vibes (plus bread!) ✨
This Wednesday we’re rolling out the yoga mats a little earlier! Class starts at 6:30pm instead of 7pm.
To celebrate the new start time, I’m doing one last sourdough giveaway 🥖💕

✨ I’ve missed practicing with you all so much these past few months! ✨

If you’ve been to my summer yoga classes, you’ve definitely heard me rave about my wonderful chiropractor and friend, Dr. Madeline. Now, I’m thrilled to announce that we’re teaming up for a special pop-up yoga class!

🌿 Join us for an energizing yoga flow led by yours truly🙋‍♀️, plus a special treat: hands-on acupressure from Dr. Madeline herself from Forward Spine Center (Trust me, I’m a little jealous I can’t take this class too!)

Thank you to the 364 people and 3 fur babies that showed up to yoga with me this season 💕

My heart is full and I hope your bodies were just a smidge sore!

How is there just O N E more sunset yoga class left 😢
This summer has been a great one with all of you and I’m so excited to celebrate our season finale next week with a black out night 🖤🖤🖤
