After two wonderful years at our front desk, Kari has made the heartfelt decision to step into a new season — becoming a full-time grandma to her beautiful new grandson, Ethan. ❤️

This wasn’t a decision she made lightly, but it’s a role she was truly made for, and we are so excited for her to have this opportunity with her growing family.

The good news?
You’re not losing her — and neither are we.
Kari will still be around Wellhouse from time-to-time helping out.

With this transition, we are officially hiring a new Front Desk Experience Lead!

This role includes:
• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, upbeat experience
• Managing the flow of the schedule and keeping our busy clinic running smoothly
• Communicating confidently with patients, doctors, and staff
• Handling check-ins, checkout details, and day-to-day operations
• Helping with simple projects or event preparation
• Supporting families — including holding babies or helping kids when needed

We’re looking for someone who is high-energy, adaptable, tech-comfortable, confident, and kind — someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people.

Happy Thanksgiving from our Wellhouse family to yours.
Today, as we slow down and reflect on the year, one thing is overwhelmingly clear… we are so thankful for you.

We’re grateful for the families who trust us with their health, the babies who melt into adjustments, the dads and moms who show up even on the busy days, and the kids who bring the kind of joy that fills this clinic with life.

We’re thankful for calmer nervous systems, better sleep, fewer headaches, thriving little bodies, and all the small and big wins we get to witness every single day.

Thank you for letting us be part of your story — and for being the best community we could ever ask for.

At 12 months old, Kathryn was sleeping less than 8 hours in a day.

She had chronic diarrhea — 5 to 8 bowel movements daily — and spent most days fussy, gassy, and uncomfortable.

Her parents tried everything. Gripe water, food eliminations, detox baths, bouncing, massage — you name it. Nothing truly worked.

“Within two weeks of starting care, her sleep got better.”

Her naps lengthened. She started waking just once instead of three times a night — and eventually could fall back asleep on her own.

Her digestion improved. Solid BMs returned.

She was calmer. Happier. More regulated.

🎃 Happy Halloween from your Wellhouse fam! 👻
We’re all about the fun, the costumes, and yes — even the candy. But did you know the average kid consumes about 3 cups of sugar on Halloween night? 😳

That’s enough to require a walk from Maple Grove all the way to Duluth to burn it off (and we’re guessing no one’s signing up for that trip).

Dr. Jen shared how she navigates this with her own kiddos — focusing on a solid dinner before trick-or-treating, letting them enjoy the fun, and then swapping out some of the candy afterward.
