There’s going to be a new face in the office next week! 🎉

Hi everyone! My name is Jaela, and I grew up in Ham Lake, Minnesota before recently moving back to the area.

Hockey was a big part of my life growing up, and it led me to Hamline University in St. Paul, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biology while continuing my hockey career. I am currently a Trimester 9 chiropractic intern (final year of schooling!) and have also begun pursuing a Master’s in Functional Nutrition to further expand my knowledge in health and wellness.

Outside of school and interning at the clinic, you can usually find me golfing, fishing, hunting, baking sourdough, or spending time up north at my family’s cabin. I also love all things sports—especially football and hockey season—and going on adventures with my one-year-old Aussie-Doodle, Banks!

Be sure to say hi and give her a warm welcome! 👋🏼
