There's no denying that today's modern lifestyle is tough. It can be difficult to find time for yourself between work, family, and all the other duties. The thing is, we store our stress, emotions, and trauma in our bodies. The tense shoulder, clenched gut, migraine headache - think of them as your body calling, if not screaming, for your attention.

Don’t wait for things to escalate. Relaxing is not a luxury - it’s pivotal in helping you stay healthy in both your body and mind. Simply put, it allows you to re-energize and recover from the pressures of everyday living.

So, in the middle of your busy day, consider taking 1-5 moments every hour to stand up, stretch, walk, and breathe deeply. (Don’t waste it on scrolling on your phone!) Think of it as an intervention to help restore your energy, your life force, and even your focus. Bonus points if you can get into nature during the day. Honor your body, and it will take care of you.
