This class will be a beginner friendly vinyasa style flow, where we will smoothly transition from pose to pose to deepen flexibility, increase mobility, build strength, improve balance and enhance mindfulness.

We start each class with a breathing exercise and uplifting quote.

If you are new to yoga, this is a great place to start, in a very positive and friendly environment.

There will be multiple variations of each pose offered to meet everyone's needs, so if you have done yoga before, there will be opportunities to add intensity to the poses and level up your practice.

Come on Mondays, Thursdays, or Both! The flow will be the same both nights, which will be lovely for both mind and body - the double class will give your mind the ease of a familiar flow and also give your body the repetition needed to dive deeper into the benefits of each pose.
