As some of you know, I had surgery recently and as I'm slowly getting back up to speed. As such, I am waaaaay behind on sharing the most incredible piece of news... We've been nominated for 2025 Best in the PNW!!

As some of you guessed already, we’re excited to share our newest wellness offering: full body Red Light Therapy! “RLT” is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that is also powerful enough to support everything from reducing inflammation and promoting muscle recovery to improving skin health, increasing collagen production and reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Available for booking now, and to see how RLT can best support your wellness routine, we are offering a limited number of FREE SESSIONS over the next few days.
