When I find better & more effective exercises, it’s very exciting for me… I have to share because in just a short time, these are changing my body in such a positive way. Turning 50 for me this month has been a rough one on me the last year mentally & I have prepared myself to slide into it as painless as possible. ♥️

Hibiscus tea has SO many benefits… detoxes your liver, good for your heart, skin, hair, digestion, lowers blood pressure, high antioxidants, cholesterol, blood sugar, anxiety & stress, immune, anti cancer properties, anti-inflammatory.
