Matcha with cinnamon & protein powder…. I did arm weights today & 15 minute blogilates arms, walked 2 miles on treadmill & 2 miles outside @ 4 mph. In my opinion, there is no greater way to show love for myself than to move my body & be the healthiest version of myself, being aware of what I put in my mouth. Tonight I will do my ultimate favorite yin yoga…. I love to do it before I go to bed & Sundays are the one day I promise myself to do it so I at least get one day in a week. Any extras are bonus. The benefits are huge.
