I’m considering adding an early morning yoga class. Locals- would you be interested? the class would be from 6:00-6:45 am. If interested would you prefer Monday or Thursday? It’s probably no secret that I am a lifelong learner, considering I just completed my Master’s at age 46- YIKES! 🤣

Now on to more studying- this time for my 300 hour Yoga Teacher Certification! I’m determined to dive deeper into the philosophy and pedagogy of yoga- to become the best yoga teacher I can be. This certification will make me a 500-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with the Yoga Alliance.

In the next several months- expect to see more videos and posts as I invite you to join me on the next level of this yoga journey!
