So very true. I recently found out that my best friend has been a flying monkey for the ex the entire time. I knew this deep down but I over looked the signs on purpose as I felt true affection and loyalty to this friend and it wasn't until she and her daughter threw me out of their house so the ex and his new supply could visit. I then took a good hard look at this friendship and came to the truth, that I had been used, not only her protection and reporting to the ex but my friend and her daughter had been using me as their personal cash machine and refusing to pay back these loans.

For us empaths we give chance after chance and it's so difficult for us to let go of our loyalty even when we know the other party has not been loyal to us. We have to get tough and see the truth earlier and not to push those thoughts out of our heads otherwise we will relive these relationships over and over in different places with different people.

It's time for us to love ourselves and regard ourselves with love instead of these toxic people in our lives.

You guessed it! My next video is on that ever disgusting and damaging Smear Campaign! I'll go over why the narcissist uses the smear campaigns, how they smear us and how to handle it. This will be focused on romantic relationships but make no mistake these smear campaigns do take place with family narcissists, friend and work narcissists. I will be doing a video sometime later on family smear campaigns. Hang on to your hats as smear campaigns are designed to destroy the target. So gather your courage and clear your heart and mind of the feelings of loyalty, love and forgiveness of this narcissist in your life as in order to heal from this traumatic relationship we need to see the very harsh truths regarding the narcissistic romantic partner in your life. The narcissist is all lies.

When it comes to the discard, the mask drops and you see the cold hearted monster inside. The discard can be very public and very humiliating, the narcissist that I was involved with publicly dumped me for a older woman who was my neighbor. I know this is the tough one to talk about but it does help to share with those who have also been through this. We need to unpack that suitcase of pain, devalue and cognitive dissonance to heal. It takes time and yes it hurts but we need to feel this to let it go. Each and everyone of us survives but the goal is to thrive following the narcissistic relationship
