Teen Yoga- Mondays at 4:30pm w/ Katie Payne
Through movement, breathing, and body-based tools, students will learn how to shake off stress, feel more confident in their own skin, and actually have fun while doing it. No experience needed. No pressure. Just a small group, some mats, and a space to feel strong, calm, and capable. Zero judgment and plenty of good vibes.
Parents: This class is thoughtfully designed to give tweens and teens practical, research-backed tools for nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and self-confidence, all delivered through an accessible, judgment-free yoga experience.
