A Mindful Pause 10/12: What We Can Do With Worry
I think it is fair to say that if you are human, you likely worry. With everything always in flux it is only natural that we tend to worry. Some of us are in the habit of doing it more than others, but that’s all it is, a habit and we can change our habits if we want to. I started doing something that feels like a very simple, but powerful shift and I welcome you to give it a try. I posted this on Monday on my website, but now you can also listen to it on the Insight Timer app! 4 minutes to start your day with intention -- if the words speak to you! Thank you for following me on the Insight Timer and rating if you can (helps it to get seen, algorithms, etc.) The app is free. Or listen on my website (through Soundcloud). https://www.jeanvitrano.com/free-guided-meditations

We can start our day with a clear intention. Before we launch ourselves into whatever the day entails, we can remind ourselves what matters most to us and set forth from that place. If the words speak to you, may this short meditation be that reminder. Close your eyes, follow your breathing, and let yourself start anew. Background piano music by Clavier.

A Mindful Pause 9/28: Having A Daily Intention
Do you awake each day and remind yourself how you want to live that day? It's not a lot of time. It's a pause to remember. To get clarity. Meditation is also a pause, a way of stopping the habitual, resetting, slowing down, and getting connected. But lately, I have been wanting to have something I say that captures what I really want to bring into each day. My gift to you this week is just that - in a recording. Click the link for more.
