The change of the season is the perfect time to realign and recharge your body & mind. šAnd spring may be one of the best seasons for it! The earth is reawakening and your own circadian rhythm is coming back online to the natural bloom & growth cycle. Vitamin D is plentiful. Nature is demanding your full attention. It's time to dust off and decide what you want your life to look like. (Not all spring cleaning is about floor boards and pantry organization!)
Be mindful on what and where you're spending your time and see how it can transform your entire outlook. Try it for a week, 2 weeks, a full month. There's no expectation; only progress. Give yourself grace. Allow yourself to reimagine the way your days are spent.
