Walking With Her… (Part 2)

Yesterday, I sat with her…
Today, I walk with her.

She doesn’t have to figure it out alone anymore.
She doesn’t have to carry the weight by herself.

I became the woman she needed.

The one who listens.
The one who protects.
The one who reminds her, You’re safe now.

Every step I take,
I take her with me.

Because healing isn’t leaving her behind…
it’s bringing her forward.

And now…

We walk together.

I had to go back and sit with her…
the younger me.

The one who felt unseen.
The one who cried silently.
The one who didn’t understand why life felt so heavy so early.

I told her…

You’re not broken.
You’re becoming.

Every tear you cried, every moment you felt alone, every time you questioned your worth, it wasn’t in vain.

The pain of your past was necessary…
because it built the strength I stand in today.

I am her future.
And she is my reason.

Healing didn’t erase the past, it gave it purpose.

And now I stand…
whole, aware, and walking in destiny.

First and foremost, I give all glory and honor to God. None of this would be possible without Him. He chose me, kept me, strengthened me, and carried me through every late night, every tear, every sacrifice. I am simply a vessel, grateful that He continues to trust me with purpose.

After years of grinding quietly and pushing through when no one saw the weight, I am proud to say:
