Hi all. I'm looking for good resources so that we all don't fall into thinking that a food or two will boost your immune system or that is some magic elixir to fight this corona virus. So I will be posting some things that may appear mainstream or just common sense, but feel strongly that it is important, when it comes to food and nutrition, to keep our wits about us! Variety and color in your diet helps you to get the nutrients that you need. A variety of fruits and vegetables and good whole grains with some lean protein is a great way to think of your plate. The Harvard School of Public Health (where I did my postdoctoral work) is still my favorite. Please check it out.
