Come visit us on Sunday!!

This Sunday, we’re opening the doors of Empowered Spaces to offer what we most believe in - a space to pause, breathe, connect, and remember that we heal together.

In this season when so many of us feel stretched thin—carrying exhaustion, grief, or the weight of the world—we hope this open house can be a gentle invitation to slow down and experience what makes Empowered Spaces unique: a community where healing, justice, and belonging come together.

We invite you to spend the afternoon with us—listening to soul-stirring music, sharing quiet conversations over tea, wandering the garden, or simply resting in a place that honors healing and belonging.

You’ll have the chance to:

✨ Meet members of our collective and others who share a heart for collective healing

✨ Wander our space, enjoy light refreshments, and take in the garden

✨ Be lifted by live music from Salt of the Earth St. Louis

✨ Join optional mini-workshops to experience what Empowered Spaces offers

Whether you’re brand new to Empowered Spaces or have been walking this path with us for a while, we’d love to welcome you.

Come as you are. Bring a friend or a neighbor. You’re welcome to join in, or simply wander and enjoy the space at your own pace.

As part of the day, there will be an invitation to invest in the Empowered Spaces Equity Fund—a way to help make healing through our group offerings accessible for all. This is entirely optional. Everyone is welcome, regardless of capacity to invest.

Because here at Empowered Spaces, we believe: we heal together.

We hope this afternoon offers you a soft place to land—a chance to exhale, to feel held by community, and to glimpse what’s possible when we come together in care.

With warmth and gratitude,

Kelly

As moms trying to carry it all and keep it together (sometimes through hard periods), having people that get it and are right there to support you is absolutely how we keep going.

We can’t do this stuff alone. Find your people, build your village, or come join one with me!💕💕

As some of you know, my husband is in the military and is out of the country for just a couple of weeks. Today also happens to be our anniversary and it all just felt like too much.

But what happened next is exactly why Mom Circle exists. Every single mom there was so kind, so generous, and so supportive. They offered to make me food, bring me anything I needed, and even watch my kid. I was hugged while I cried, helped to make a plan, and reminded that I wasn’t alone.

Our question of the day was “What’s been giving you strength?” For me, the answer is simple: it’s the incredible families I’ve met here and the friendships we’ve built.

So, if you've ever been nervous to come, I hope this helps. We would love to meet you!

SHOULDS. Don’t even get me started.

Shoulds and Motherhood directly relate to mental health.

As we recuperate from Mothers Day and reflect on Mental health awareness month, learn a thing about how various oppressive systems have impacted our mental health today. Woot!

Your therapist loves you.
Learn and share and hug the mamas around you!💜
