Seven years. 🤍⁠

It’s hard to put into words what Julie Eagan has meant to this space, to our team, and to each of you who have shared a room with her.⁠

Julie has been a steady, grounding presence at Shanti—someone who teaches with deep care, intention, and heart. The kind of teacher who doesn’t just guide a class, but truly sees the people in front of her.⁠

At the end of this month, she’ll be stepping into a new chapter as the founder and director of —a trauma-informed nonprofit offering yoga to survivors of sexual and domestic violence. Work that feels so deeply aligned with who she is and the way she moves through the world.⁠

While we are going to miss her more than we can say, we couldn’t be more supportive of where she’s headed.⁠

You can still catch her final classes this April:⁠
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12 PM⁠
Maplewood Studio⁠

Come practice. Come say goodbye. Come celebrate her.⁠
