Wishing all Health and healing in these ever evolving times. We feel that everyone is turning inward in this mandated reflective period for realizing what does and does not serve us individually and for humanity as a whole. These have been truly unsettling and challenging times for everyone, and with our practice being in the Bodywork industry, our entire business is completely dependent on person to person engagement, interaction, and healing. As much as everyone feels the loss at hand, we miss our studio and we miss seeing our clients!

In January our bookings / sales were up 268% from 2019, then in February, we expanded our studio to now have a waiting room and office! Anticipating this change to have added to the experience of our sessions and increase in our business, we were anticipating the same growth we saw in January. As the COVID-19 situation has escalated throughout the United States, new client appointments completely stopped coming in and more and more of our regular bookings with clients called and cancelled or put monthly memberships on hiatus as the month continued. Our bookings and sessions actually dropped down 50% from 2019. As of mid-March, with the pending Shelter-In-Place Mandate looming and worries rising, every client we had scheduled had cancelled their appointments. As of Tuesday the 17th, we have officially closed our practice until April 22nd, following long with the protocol put in place by St. Louis and MO. All online bookings are paused until May 1st, though we may open sooner with limited availability if things shift in alignment with that course of action.

Crystal Healing: Come join us in intentional space to learn from and be exposed to crystals. Learn how to use crystals in meditation and every day life. All participants will recive a free Arkansas quartz crystal.

Belly Dance Workshop: You will learn basic timing movement, drills, and more with the hands, arms, elbows, waist, abdominal, and hips in a hypnotic way and incorporate a veil into your dance. This urban tribal style dance is inspired by gypsies originally and will allow you to connect to the inner god/goddess within. Come play, dnace, drum, sing, chant, and be free.

Bhakti Body Art Yoga: Bhakti Art and Flow an artistic yoga practice celebrating love and connection! Dance, laugh, open your creative portal with this light-hearted movement flow class and get adorned by the bhakti body art tribe. Celebrate yo’self!!

Candlelight Yoga and Aromatherapy: This relaxing hatha yoga class incorporates therapeutic oils to open the heart, clear the mind and ground the body. You’ll feel ready to shine your light into the night as you breathe deeply, move freely, and smell heavenly!

Good Morning Vinyasa Yoga: Say good morning with this energizing and invigorating flow to enhance clarity, peace, and openness in your body to help sustain you through the rest of your day. Open to all levels and all bodies.

Chakra Meditation: This is a great experience for those looking for spiritual guidance. Healing the chakras will bring connection to everything life has to offer and help prevent disease, support overall health, and give you an ability to yourself and be your own inner guru.

3-4pm
Thai Yoga Massage: Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art that combines deep muscle compression with assisted yoga-like stretches. This fun, hands-on workshop is open to all and provides opportunities for meaningful connection as we practice giving and receiving.

9-10pm
Candlelight Kundalini Yoga and Sound: A blissful yoga practice integrating movement, meditation and powerful breathing techniques to activate harmony and love in our thoughts towards ourselves and each other. We will create healing sound energy to bring joy and connection to our soul vibrations and learn to move the body to the rhythm of the breath.

Yoga & Reflexology: Come explore the wisdom of your body! This intuitive class will focus on clearing and balancing the energy channels of the body. We will apply simple reflexology techniques to the practice and explore the ways yoga release built up energy in the meridian lines and chakras.

Earthing Yoga: Ground your feet and grow your roots deep into the earth through mindful movement. Whether you wish to grow strong, release tension, or just turn off the mind chatter, earthing yoga will help to simply exist in the present and reconnect with the healing benefits of the earth.
