Bridges is looking to add another therapist to our team of amazing LCSW and LPC's! We are a social service agency dedicated to serving the physical and mental health of our community. We serve a diverse population of individuals with varied support needs. We have a deep commitment to creative collaboration and are living in a unique time which requires extra compassion and space for healing. We are seeking a fully licensed LCSW or LPC to provide individual and group counseling. The scope of those served might include individuals with diagnoses such as anxiety/depression, IDD, physical disability, traumatic brain injury, severe and persistent mental illness, and dual diagnosis.

This position provides employment with a well established counseling department, with flexibility and self-direction. Caseloads may vary from 10-30 individuals, based on the provider’s wishes and schedule. We want to grow as you do. The position does require the ability to provide a mixture of in person and telehealth services; based on referral needs and public health and safety. Open office times include flexible Mondays and Fridays, and most days in the late afternoon/evening hours or weekends.
• LCSW or LPC License Required
• Experience providing counseling to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
• Credentialed on Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance panels OR willing to become paneled.
• Ability to utilize electronic documentation; Simple Practice experience a bonus
• Skilled at time management; ability to build, and manage a caseload
• Eager to join our amazing team!
