NEW CHANGES:
I am going to make a big change to my cancelation policy.
Effective now, I will start to require payment next time a client wants to reschedule and they had a history of rescheduling the day of. (This doesn’t go for any illness or sickness or family emergency). That I can understand.
I have been very understanding and lenient about clients canceling the day of. I had 3 cancellations in 2 days, all of them within an hour or so before their scheduled time. None of them regarding sickness, they had other things planned. I can’t keep doing business like this. I always give everyone a chance (even several) and I think I’m giving too many. So with that said, my time is very limited because I am busy and there is clients who need to get in for a massage and when someone can’t make their appointment, it doesn’t give me much time to fill that spot.
Please respect my time, I don’t get paid hourly, if someone doesn’t show up, I lose out of time and money and I can’t fill that spot that quick. I am getting very tired of this.
24 hrs is very much appreciated if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I hope you all understand. Have a good night.
