COVID-19 DRIVE THROUGH TESTING CHRISTMAS EVE MORNING. Maquoketa Family Clinic will hold a drive through COVID-19 testing clinic on Friday, December 24,from 8 AM until 9:30 AM. The purpose of this clinic is to enable people to more comfortably gather with their extended families. This testing will not go into your medical record. The clinic is available to anyone from the Jackson/Clinton County area. The charge is $10 cash paid at the time of testing. Results will be texted to your phone within one hour of testing. If you would like to be tested on Friday, December 24, no appointment is needed. Please pull into our back parking lot between 8 AM and 9:30 AM, with your name and cell phone number clearly written on a piece of paper, and the $10 will be collected, and the test performed. The results will be texted to the phone number provided, within one hour. This will not go into your medical record, and we will not be providing any medical advice. Covid-19 Booster Clinics

Maquoketa Family Clinic will be holding Moderna Covid-19 Booster Vaccine walk-in clinic on Wednesday December 22 and Wednesday Dec 29, from 1:30 until 4:00 PM. The booster vaccines are for anyone over 18 years who received their Moderna vaccines at least 6 months prior. No appt. is necessary, however, you will need to bring your initial vaccine card and your insurance card. This clinic is for all Maquoketa Family Clinic patients, as well as non-clinic patients who received a prior Covid vaccine at our clinic. Please share this info with anyone who might be interested. Also, because Covid-19 positive cases are increasing in Jackson County, please consider getting your Covid-19 vaccine/booster soon.
