Medical assessments are done prior to admittance into our community and routinely thereafter to ensure we are providing the top-notch care you will come to expect.

Memory Care
La Sonora will feature a separated Memory Care portion within our community, for residents that need extra care due to Alzheimer’s related dementia. All of our residents in this portion of the community will be provided customized service plans provided by our trained care staff, available 24 hours a day with licensed nurse oversight. The service provided will be available in a tranquil and compassionate environment, catered towards those with higher needs related to memory loss.
Our focus here is on achieving the highest practical quality of life, while treating the residents in a manner that allows them to function as independently as possible, while receiving the personalized assistance and care they need.
Families will be able to choose from both private and shared accommodations.
