A sacred space to slow down, connect, and prepare for birth with ease and confidence.
We offer private prenatal yoga sessions available one on one or one on two (with your partner), lovingly guided by a certified and experienced prenatal yoga instructor.
Each session includes:
- Guided meditation to calm the nervous system and ground your energy
- Conscious breathwork to support relaxation and labor preparation
- A gentle, intuitive prenatal yoga flow to release tension and support your changing body
- A deeply nourishing 15–20 min sound healing savasana with Tibetan gong, crystal bowls, and other ancient instruments
