This time, let’s come together as a community for our beloved ‘Kitten & Bunny Yoga’ event on:

We’ll provide yoga mats, so all you need to bring is your open heart, light, and love!

Get ready to flow through gentle poses while snuggling and playing with our adorable kittens and bunnies. This event is not only a chance to relax and rejuvenate but also an opportunity to connect with these wonderful furry friends, who knows, you might just find a new member for your family!

100% of donations will go directly to supporting the amazing work they do for our furry companions!

Every Saturday at 9:00 a.m., we gather for a 90-minute Community Yoga practice: a beautiful opportunity for locals and visitors to come together, connect, support each other and share mindful energy.

Our journey begins with a guided meditation and pranayama (breath work) enhanced by the gentle touch of essential oils. From there, we flow gracefully through yoga asanas, moving with intention and breath.
We close this sacred practice with sound healing, surrounded by the soothing vibrations of Tibetan gongs, crystal bowls, and other ancient instruments, leaving you recharged, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed.

It’s the perfect way to reset after a long week and begin your weekend feeling full of love, light, and community support and networking.

Everyone is welcome: locals, travelers, and all beautiful souls seeking connection and peace.

7:30 AM - One hour classes. Begin your day with a gentle, healing yoga practice to energize body and mind with light and love, and finish in a sound healing Savasana so your day unfolds productive and aligned. All levels are welcome.

9:00 AM - One & a half hour classes. In our class, you will flow through dynamic sequences while integrating guided meditation to center your mind, breath work enhanced with essence oils to deepen your practice, and culminating in a soul nourishing Savasana featuring a blissful sound bath with Tibetan gong and crystal bowls.
