I'm doing this for me, but let's be real. I'm also doing it for literally everyone else.

For my partner. Because I never want him to stop looking at me like that.

For my family. Because they need me to actually show up, not just be present.

For my future kids. Because tired mom is not the mom I want to be.

For my team. Because brain fog doesn't lead anything worth leading.

For my confidence. Because the woman I see in the mirror matters.

For my closet. Because starting over sucks.

Here's the truth nobody wants to admit: It's easier to do hard things for other people than it is to do them for ourselves. Our brains are wired that way. We'll sacrifice for everyone around us before we sacrifice for ourselves.

But what if those two things weren't actually different? What if taking care of yourself IS taking care of them?

That's when everything changes.

Comment RESTORE and I'll show you how to get your energy, confidence, and body back without adding another thing to your plate

Because mine does. Literally.

I catch him in the backyard doing something absolutely disgusting and I'm out there like WHAT ARE YOU DOING THAT IS NOT FOOD STOP IT.

And then I walk back inside and open the pantry and grab something I have absolutely no business eating at 9pm.

The audacity.

We literally yell at our dogs for eating garbage while we are standing in our own kitchen doing the exact same thing.

Just with better packaging and a justification like "I've been really stressed this week" or "I'll start fresh Monday."

Your dog doesn't know better. You do. And you're still doing it.

No judgment. I've been there.

But if you're standing in the pantry at night eating something you know isn't helping you and wondering why nothing is working, it's not a mystery. That's just information.

The difference between where you are and where you want to be is not more willpower. It's having a plan that actually works for your body so the late night pantry raids stop being a thing entirely.

Your dog is not going to figure it out. But you can. 😂

Comment RESTORE if you're ready to stop eating like your dog and start actually seeing results. 🐶👇

Most women think weight loss means cutting out or restricting foods

It doesn’t.

You can eat real food, lots of it, and still lose fat.

These 15 foods are high in protein and fill you up fast so you’re not starving between meetings and workouts.

Chicken breast, eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, ground turkey, salmon, lean beef, turkey breast, tilapia, protein powder, white beans, lentils, chickpeas, low fat mozzarella, and tuna.

All of these are quick, easy, and pack enough protein to keep you satisfied without derailing your fat loss goals.

The key is building meals around these foods so you’re never stuck eating rabbit food.

Pair them with veggies you like and whole grains and you’ve got meals you’ll actually want to eat.

That’s how women actually stick to their plans instead of yo-yo-ing every three months.

The difference between the women who lose fat and keep it off isn’t willpower. It’s knowing which foods actually work and building your diet around them.

Follow for more food and metabolism hacks. Save this for later when you’re meal planning.

I was doing everything wrong in the gym.

Fasting before workouts. Hours of cardio. Barely eating. No rest days. I gained weight instead of losing it.

Then I flipped everything.

Ate before training and got stronger.

Lifted heavy instead of doing endless cardio.

Actually took rest days.

Hit my protein goals.

Stopped comparing myself to girls years ahead of me.

Ate more and lost weight because my metabolism wasn’t destroyed.

Tracked my lifts instead of going through the motions.

Adjusted for my hormones.

Progressive overload actually matters.

Everything changed when I stopped listening to what the internet told me I should do and started listening to what my body actually needed.

If you’re stuck like I was, DM me the word "RESTORE" and follow me.

My team and I can help. ❤️

I woke up looking six months pregnant.

Every single morning. Bloated. Puffy. Heavy.

I'd unbutton my pants the second I sat down. Couldn't make it through a meeting without feeling like my stomach was working against me. I'd look in the mirror and not recognize myself.

The worst part? I did everything right. I trained hard. I ate clean. I stuck to the plan. But my body kept getting bigger and puffier no matter what I did.

So I started guessing. Maybe I'm eating too much sodium. Maybe I need to cut carbs more. Maybe I'm not training hard enough

I tried it all. Nothing worked.

Turns out my gut was broken. H. pylori and SIBO were messing everything up. My body couldn't digest food properly, so it was just sitting there swelling me up from the inside.

No amount of restriction was going to fix that.

I got the right support. Fixed what was actually broken instead of just eating less. Three months later I woke up and my stomach was flat. My clothes fit. I felt like myself again.

This is what changed everything for me.

DM me "BLOAT" I'd love to help you figure out what's going on with yours.
