I'll be honest—meditation wasn't always easy for me. I felt drawn to the practice, but my mind would ping pong around until I felt frustrated and wondered if it was even worth it.
Here's what changed for me:
✨Regulate first, meditate second. For meditation to feel accessible, your nervous system needs to feel safe. That's why I start every meditation I lead with a short EFT Tapping session. It helps your deeper mind settle and regulate, making it so much easier to drop into stillness.
✨The fastest way in is through the heart. I combine meditation with heart coherence practices—helping you connect with and expand into your heart space. The heart is a wellspring of life and essential for connection with God, your true self, and deeper wellness.
✨There's no such thing as a bad meditation. Every time you choose to show up, you're drawing your awareness away from the analyzing mind and settling it back into your heart, your CORE self, your connection with God. That's where the beautiful insights emerge.
