Our Story

Sana Vida is a Health Spa and Yoga Studio located in Marble Falls, Texas. Our wellness studio has built a strong wellness community, offering an amazing place for stress and pain management. The use of ancient wellness practices & traditional Chinese medicine are incorporated into our acupuncture, skincare, massage, and other remedies & services offered. Incorporated into our skin care is the ancient medicine of India, Ayurveda. We offer AVEDA skincare products and incorporate these in organic, natural facials. Specialty treatments such as: peels, derma planing, microdermabrasion, and waxing are always available. Our Yoga Studio offers weekly yoga classes for adults, seniors, and children at a variety of times to suit any schedule. Our yoga classes are held in the intimate 'sun studio' with lots of natural light and in the 'main yoga studio' with high ceilings and spacious surroundings. All levels are welcome. The Tea Bar is stocked with high-quality and organic loose leaf teas you can drink at Marble Falls. Other healthy drinks are available to satisfy your thirst, like kombucha on tap, specialty tea creations or traditional matcha. You will be transported to a beautiful sanctuary where your intentions to realize better health for body, mind and spirit are fully supported.
