When I was asked in yoga training what my biggest takeaway was, the answer came quickly:
It was the breath. Always, the breath.
Before this experience, I had no idea how truly life-changing conscious breathing could be. It’s not just something we do automatically—when we slow down and really feel each inhale and exhale, something shifts. The mind quiets. The body softens. And suddenly, we’re here, not lost in thoughts or overwhelmed by what’s next.
Breath has become my anchor.
My way to return.
To come back to the moment.
To come back to myself.
This practice has shown me how powerful it is to simply pause… and breathe. And in doing so, I feel more grounded, more present, and more me.
Forever grateful for this reminder—simple, but transformative.
Just breathe. 🙏
