Release tight hips & shoulders
Tune into your body and breath

Gentle flow in 6 steps to restore presence and calm:
1️⃣ Build steadiness (Bird Dog)
2️⃣ Create space (Low Lunge)
3️⃣ Slow down (Hamstring Stretch)
4️⃣ Release tension (High Lunge → Hamstring)
5️⃣ Return to center (Tabletop)
6️⃣ Supported & steady (Side Plank)
Finish with calm + ease 🌿
