Today Chef Enworth prepared an Asian theme brunch buffet. He provided a live Stir Fry Station with Mongolian Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, Vegetables, Egg & Pad Thai Noodles along with a Dumpling Station. Lemon Grass & Ginger Scented Chicken Broth to a Hot Chafer Station with Fried Rice, Stir Fried Vegetables, Sweet & Sour Fish, Coconut & Green Curry Chicken, Five Spice Roasted Pork Loin Carving Station with Desserts and Beverages!!! It has been a lovely day. Here’s to a Happy and Healthy New Year!
