My therapy practice has shifted and evolved in many ways over the last several years. Just when I think I am done learning and growing as a healing practitioner I find another modality or method for working with Trauma that reinvigorates my passion for doing this work.

Over the last year I have acquired a number of advanced trainings and continuing education to strengthen my skillset as an EMDR provider and to embark on a new venture of offering Psychedelic healing journeys.

Although I post very infrequently I hope to add more information to this page and share my insights, offerings and ah ha moments as I continue growing and learning as a practitioner.
