Great weekend nerding out with The Movement Maestro...and, fellow local PT’s Sally Artemis Physical Therapy, PLLC and Lauryn SportsFit Physical Therapy and Fitness!

HUGE shoutout to and all the dope humans who came out this weekend to move with the Maestro.

A year ago this course was nothing more than an idea in the back of my mind. This weekend I hung out with an incredible group of humans who chose to spend their valuable time learning with me, in a facility that an incredible human chose to share with us. I am grateful beyond words for all of it.

Dealing with some stressful flight stuff right now, but it’s out of my control so I decided to take a minute away from it to remind myself of what truly matters, and express the gratitude I have for every single person that attended this weekend.

This is a life I never dreamed of, because it’s truly better than any dream. Thank you MWTM: Bridgewater crew, and everyone else who has moved with me and supported me in any way.
