Did you know that popping your own back at home is not technically the same as a chiropractic adjustment!?

When twisting and popping your joints at home in most cases you are popping joints that are already moving freely.

The areas that are actually stiff/restricted usually don’t move at all

That’s why when popping your joints in that manner your relief is short lived!

Are you someone who sits a lot for work and your mid/low back feels tight or stuck? If so this is one of the common issues I see in the office.

The tightness builds up slowly and then one day it doesn't loosen up like it used to.
