Did you know that prolonged sitting can have just as much of a negative impact on your back as a job that requires heavy lifting?
If you do have an office job try to stand up or walk around when you get the chance! Also adjustments can help to restore range of motion and release tight muscles from being stuck in that position all day!

There is so much truth to this statement! If you are having aches and pains that is your body telling you something is not functioning properly.

If you have been experiencing these aches for more than three or four days and it is not improving it is time to take action before you develop a chronic condition.

It is much easier to put out a candle than a wild fire!
