My massages feel a lot different to me than they did a month ago. When i started massage, I equated a good massage with deep pressure. The craniosacral training I had last month revamped my mindset and I threw out my old routine. Now my routine is to listen and work intuitively to go where the body leads me and to use what modality I feel the body wants. Tuning in on a much deeper level! Sometimes the subtle changes from a light touch lead to the biggest changes in the body.

I took 32 hours of continuing education this month in craniosacral therapy! It definitely expanded my mind and understanding/skillset within craniosacral therapy and I learned to listen to the body on a deeper level!

Craniosacral is a light touch therapy that can have a deep impact on the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord.) Craniosacral therapy releases restrictions in the fascia and cranial bones to remove hindrances in the flow of the cerebro spinal fluid so that the body can operate to its fullest potential. Fascia also houses emotion and is affected by emotional stress. In releasing these areas of fascial restrictions, we can also release some of the stress and emotion we hold in our bodies! Pretty awesome!

I designed curtains for my massage pop up tent! Materials are mostly vintage sheets and tablecloths😁. My partner sewed them. Currently placed in Guard dog barbell gym in Marcellus for gym clients!
