🤬Navigating our health care system can be frustrating. And there has been a shift. People are starting to see behind the curtain.....the health insurance game, the treating of symptoms not the root cause. People are starting to seek alternative solutions. 🧐

But many are still hesitant to move forward with a provider because "insurance doesn't cover it." Why won't insurance companies cover these costs? Because when you make the bullets and the bandages, it is easy to stay at war. Insurance companies dictate how we receive health care.

What is more important in this world than the vehicle that allows you to navigate through it? I'm talking about your body. You have the right to wake up every morning, feel good, and go out into the world with a purpose.

Do we need our medical professionals? Absolutely. Should we carry insurance for medical catastrophes? I'm on board with that as well -however you choose to do so. But should we allow the MINDSET that all healthcare costs should be covered to allow us to move forward in receiving care we need? Sit on that for a minute.

What do you spend on a massage? They are very beneficial. What would you spend on a rejuvenation treatment? Also potentially very beneficial. Why do you shop at a "health food" store of your choice and not a large chain with cheaper prices? Look at the prices of the food you are ordering at a restaurant- how many times do you go out to eat a week?

It's time for a mindset shift. Regardless of whether a service is "covered" by insurance- if it's something you need and will benefit from to help you lead your best life moving forward- invest in it. There is nothing more important than you.
